Instructors Helen and Jimmie provide excellent coaching while leading the fun and engaging classes. The class schedule is substantial and flexible enough to allow me to attend multiple trainings each week, even with my busy work/family life. The facility is very clean, the training mats are always spotless. The classes are approachable even for complete beginners, and there is a friendly, welcoming, and positive gym culture.
